Dear Emerald City Membership,
We are pleased to announce an exciting new development for Emerald City. On April 14th, the presidents of FC Alliance, Northshore Youth Soccer Association and I signed a letter of intent to develop a team hosting agreement between our respective clubs. The forthcoming hosting agreement will enable top-tier ECFC teams to continue to compete in the Player Development League (PDL) for the 2010-11 season. While there are still a number of administrative issues to be worked out, the agreement represents a spirit of collaboration between our clubs that is supportive of our players and coaches and will provide an important competitive venue for them.

We are very appreciative of the FC Alliance and Northshore Youth Soccer Association leadership for their support of our players, and also of our coaches for their commitment and dedication to our club and players . Doing what is best for our players has always been at the forefront of our mission, and this agreement is supportive of those efforts.
