Diagram 1:Straight pass to the wall, alternating with outside right foot take away on first touch (penetrate through the orange cones) and outside left foot take away on first touch (penetrate through yellow cones)

Diagram 3:Target practice:Lofted pass / shot at a designated target. Challenge is to control the ball on the return bounce and limit touches to 2 or 3 prior to player having to shoot at the target again. Focusses on control and accuracy from a wide range of angles and varying distances.
