2021-2022 Club Program Fees

Emerald City FC is a 501(c)3 nonprofit. All proceeds go directly towards coaching fees, field rentals, equipment, and operating expenses, with the majority going to pay our outstanding coaching staff. Families may choose to pay the fee in full (discount for early payment) or in installments over the course of the year.

Development Program (2012, 2013, 2014 Birth Years)
  • Fall session: $750
  • Spring session: $650
  • Year around: $1,300 (includes both sessions above)
U11 And Above Club Teams (2003-2011 Birth Years)
  • Birth year 2010-2011: $2,050
  • Birth year 2003-2009: $2,300
Option 1: Payment In Full (U11 And Above)

Online registration must be completed within 20 days of the team formation meeting.

Discounts for payments within 20 days of team formation meeting
$150 discount for check or money order
$100 discount for credit card payment

Sibling discount available ($100 off 2nd child, $200 off 3rd or more) .

Option 2: Payment Plan (U11 And Above)

An initial payment of $300 is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance is to be paid in 6 equal payments, which will process every 30 days from the date of registration for 6 successive months. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. Returned or failed transactions are subject to a $30.00 per failed transaction charge.

U11 and above: Uniforms and team fees are separate from club dues. Team fees vary by team depending on the number of tournaments the team enters and the amount of fundraising the team does. A new uniform set is approximately $250 ($350 with backpack and warm-up jacket).

For the 2020-2021 season, we started a new uniform cycle with Adidas. These are typically 2 year uniform cycles. See uniforms here.

Note: there are no uniform or team fees for development teams.

*ECFC programs are subject to all term and conditions, please carefully read all agreements included during the registration process.

Refund Policy

If a player resigns from the club, he/she will be responsible for all club fees and charges payable at the date of registration. If a player resigns because of medical reasons that prevent play or a move out of state, then club fees will be refunded on a prorated basis minus a $100 fee.
