We believe in keeping our club the “right size” – large enough to provide the scale needed to for good depth of players and coaches and proper administrative support, but small enough to maintain a strong community and provide the appropriate attention to players and families.

• We not only hire certified coaches who are experienced and knowledgable, but they also care about players as people and are good role models.
• Our coaches actively seek to connect the lessons from the game to lessons in life. We teach values such as hard work, perseverance, ethics, compassion, and working with and supporting teammates.
• Our focus is on long-term development rather than win/loss record. Players develop the knowledge and skills that will prepare them for playing in high school and college. 
• We are more than a club, we are a community. We are a ‘family’ and as such both understand and appreciate the need for family time during the course of the season / year.
• We believe that multi-sport athletes create the best-rounded individuals and thus we support players who choose to do so.
• We believe in teaching the FUNdamentals of soccer. There is no need to choose between having fun and successfully improving as a player—both together works best.
